Operational Notes
- Typically planned on airway to DAC VOR
Arrival Notes
- Without radar:
- VOR DME ILS Rwy 14
- Program in FMC ILS14 via DAC1
- 250/5000, GD at DAC/10nm outbound fix works out nicely
- For traffic sequencing ATC may require you to maintain DAC R-342 past the 10nm point, then issue clearance for ILS 14 - I.e. turn left to 174 to intercept LOC course of 144 on your own
- Usually ground will request number of crew and pax after landing
Departure Notes
- Plan to depart no earlier than STD minus 30mins; otherwise refile flight plan with new ETD (DAC ATC requirement - from Station Manager)
- Initial level FL290, can coordinate mid-climb for higher but must cross FIR boundary at that level
- Sometimes SID is cancelled with a new clearance of after airborne track DAC Radial 161 during issuance of takeoff clearance
- DG Embargo
