Operational Notes

  • Usually parked at Bay 34, see CHC AB for lead-in line picture[1]

Arrival Notes

  • 150kts till 5nm[2]
  • Request stand allocation 15 mins prior to ETA on 130.3 (Air New Zealand)[3]
  • Contact Ground when vacating the runway and advise intended stand number[4]
  • Can vacate via Runway 11/29
  • Don't vacate via A5[5]

Departure Notes

  • Expect BAVEM / KADET SID
  • Contact Christchurch Approach automatically, before passing 1500ft
  • 220kts till 6000ft[6]
  • Initial FL250; Advise NZZC/NZZO FIR boundary crossing level as usually unable to reach TOC before boundary[7]
  • Request DCL clearance EOBT minus 25 mins; ensure AIRCRAFT TYPE is A359[8]
